Shipping Policy

 Delivery to (Mainland UK and Northern Ireland) only

£4.99 under £50, £6.99 up to £150, Free over £150

Larger / heavier items may incur an additional delivery charge to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Offshore Islands and some parts of Scotland. We will make contact with the customer should this apply, prior to confirming the order.

Terms for delivery

All products are sent by courier or Royal Mail.

The Buyer bears full responsibility once the products have been received signed for/delivered.

We aim to ensure that items dispatched directly from the manufacturer are delivered within 28 days of our receipt of the order. Bespoke / Made to order items may take longer, please contact us for further information.

Notice of Damage / Missing Orders

When requested, deliveries must be signed for. Record any damages or discrepancies as soon as received from the courier.

  If upon delivery you discover that the Goods are damaged or have not been delivered in accordance with your Order then you must notify A World of Sense within 5 working days of the date of delivery. If you fail to do so then we will not be held accountable.

 For invoice orders notification of non-delivery of goods should be made within 5 days of the invoice date.

Do not attempt to return any goods without prior authorisation and a relevant reference number.

Refused Delivery

We reserve the right to make a carriage charge plus a 10% handling charge, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater, on all deliveries that are refused without prior notification.

Return & Exchange Policy

 Returns Policy Unwanted items and Faulty Items

     Any returned goods must be received within 28 days of purchase, unfortunately any returns received after this period will not be accepted.

Refunds may take up to 28 days from the date the returned item is received by us.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods until they reach requested destination, please return the item with suitable packaging and via a recorded method of delivery.

Returns policy does not apply to bespoke items, made to order items or goods which have been assembled.

                                                     In the unfortunate event that a product is faulty we are happy to exchange or refund products that have been returned within 28 days of purchase.

 Shipping Costs are non-refundable

Non- manufacturing related faults (Accidental Damage/Negligence ) are not covered by our refunds policy.

Most products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation of Orders – The Buyer has the right to cancel the contract with the seller at any time before items have been dispatched, we would request prompt notification of a cancellation following a processed order. The Buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price and the delivery charge.
